Gurhan is a self taught Turkish jewelry designer, who when in his 40s left behind his disco in Istanbul to pursue a career as a jewelry designer. After studying the ancient techniques of working in 24kt pure gold he created a line of his own and was among the first designers to bring a line of 24kt gold jewelry to this country.
